Most standard requests are filled within 24 to 48 hours. For larger orders or specialized roles, allow 2 to 3 business days. We always give you an honest timeline upfront.

No-shows are rare in our pool, but if it happens we replace the worker at no additional cost and investigate the situation immediately. We track attendance across all our workers and remove anyone with a pattern of no-shows.

Yes. We offer temp-to-hire pathways for workers who prove themselves on the job. After a qualifying period, you can bring them on as a direct employee. We make this process easy and transparent.

We do. All Fortis temporary workers are our employees. We handle payroll, taxes, workers comp coverage, and benefits administration. You pay one simple bill rate and we take care of the rest.

Our primary coverage is Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. For events or projects outside the metro area, reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate.
